7. Consulting Services and Engagement Terms

Professional consulting services provided by Miami 21 Zonings & Entitlements LLC are governed by separate written engagement agreements between the Company and the client. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Site and should not be construed as the terms of any consulting engagement.

Key provisions that apply to all consulting engagements, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

Zoning and entitlements processes are subject to the discretion of governmental authorities, and outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
  • Client cooperation: Successful project outcomes require timely client cooperation, including providing accurate information, responding to requests for input, attending required meetings, and meeting deadlines for document submissions. Delays caused by client non-cooperation may impact project timelines and costs.
