Anne-Christine Carrie, an accomplished AICP-certified Urban Planner, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. During her tenure as Senior Entitlements Manager at Lennar, she expertly managed the entitlement process for a 1,000-acre development, demonstrating leadership across diverse teams while navigating land use applications, legislative amendments, and community engagements. Her visionary implementation of an interactive mapping program highlighted her strategic acumen.

Prior roles at the City of Dania Beach, Keith & Associates, and the City of Miami have further honed her understanding of municipal processes, ensuring a comprehensive approach to planning.

Anne-Christine holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning and is fluent in GIS technology. Her multilingual abilities, including French and Creole, enable seamless communication across Miami’s diverse communities.
